How rankings are calculated

Every firm receives a Best Solicitor Score (BSS) calculated from four weighted components:

• Review Density (40%) — reviews per solicitor on staff
• Average Rating (35%) — Google star rating
• Review Volume (15%) — total number of qualifying Google reviews
• Recency (10%) — how recent reviews are

To be ranked a firm must have a minimum of 5 qualifying Google reviews, at least one solicitor on staff, a verified Google Place ID and a published profile.
